Travel Fees
Due to the remote nature of my practice, I charge for travel at a rate of $30 per hour for each direction. This covers travel time beyond the 2 hours round trip that I offer for free.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment. However, if you need to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.
Travel Considerations
- For clients located more than 100 miles from my practice, full payment for the session will be required 24 hours in advance of your appointment. This policy ensures that I am compensated for my travel time and minimizes the risk of no-shows.
- Invoices will be sent for any remaining balance due. Please ensure that the invoice is settled prior to your appointment.
Payment Methods
Payments accepted via Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or over the phone with a credit card. Cash is also accepted in person, but deposits must be paid ahead of time.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the remote nature of my practice, I allow clients to schedule appointments within 24 hours of the desired session. Please review the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation or Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the $50 non-refundable deposit. No-show clients will also forfeit their deposit.
- Emergency Situations: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
